Brian Charles, a NAPBIRT member and the owner of North Conway Music Shop has over 25 years experience fixing and repairing musical instruments. His expertise is backed by training at Ponte Music Company in New York City and he has been an oboe and bassoon repairman for Charles Double Reed Company since he founded it in 1984.
Brian will examine and possibly play-test your instrument at no charge. He will determine and share with you the estimated cost of repairs and estimated time of completion. At this point, you have no obligation and owe nothing. You can choose all recommended services, some - or none.
Quick turn-around and conservative technique are always favored. Your instrument will not be altered in any way without your express permission and direction. Whatever level of player you are, and whatever level of instrument you've got, we're comfortable working with you and welcome your inquiries.
Woodwind and string repairs are done right here in the shop in New Hampshire. We work with an extensive network of high level repair persons and can facilitate the repair of any musical instrument, or recommend someone who can.
